Section 1: ORDER RETURN.
1.1 Due to tampering liability related to a product intended for consumption, we do not accept returns, the only exception being a defective product (e.g., corked wine) in which case we ask that you please contact the store directly to replace the product or receive a refund.
1.2 A defective product that is returned must be in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Section 2: ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS.
2.1 If an order needs to be canceled, please call the store directly. You can find the number on our website at the bottom of the page.
2.2 Cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for orders that were delivered and signed for.
